Friends, we have a gig economy. Yeah, it is taking over. People are working at these part-time jobs that do not even pay minimum wage. Uber is a good example of one. Take account of all the expenses. Like it is not just gas. Please do factor in the added mileage as well as wear and tear on your car.

no more sears

Here is my prediction for you. OK, so sears will go bankrupt in one year. Deadlines are so near. Malls closing can increase. After all, this store is an anchor for many. Customers are going online more. Investors do blame amazon. However, I feel the problem is clerks that do not even care. Like many are on their smartphones playing video games. Well, for their employer it is game over. Frankly, my prediction is liquidation and no more sears.
