Who are the BEK?

They knock on your from door and want to come in. Who are the BEK? Basically, it is a phenomenon that is new. BEK or Black Eyed Kids are showing up more and more. Most appear ill or like a patient with cancer. Also, they have solid black eyes. Maybe they are alien hybrids from another universe. Like why do they want to come in any way.
