Politicians say we are in a recovery. Well, we do not see one. It is like a vaporous mirage. Still, we wish the thinks were getting better, but they are turning sour.

Basically,  housing starts do plunge, and food prices surge. This will hit hard the very poor. Most of them are right on the edge anyway.

Take a look at the massive floods this year. Farmers were not able to plant crops. OK so that will increase corn prices. This affects milk and eggs. People do get ready, because the future prices of eggs is gonna rise.

End of the wallet soon

People will sure miss coins. Well, pay pal predicts end of the wallet in 2015 and that is very soon. Folks, it is only a few years away. I could understand sever years. However, this is too soon.

Final Shuttle Flight

July 8, 2011 is the date of the final shuttle flight and there will be no more. Sadly to get to the ISS or international space station we need the russians now. Wish they we were still involved in space.

my mower

It was early in the morn and a faint fog was hanging low over some tall trees as I went outside into the crisp air. Oh yes, I love the early morning. Especially before sunrise. There be some magic in our air. Well, that said, it had been raining again. Sadly, I left outside the lawn mower. OK so I pulled the cord and I heard its voice roar. Then I started to cut some grass. moon dust illegal?

According to NASA moon dust is illegal contraband now. Why is this so. They are trying to destroy evidence because we never went to the moon. This is why the big fuss over an old tape with some dust on it that should not worry anyone. That is, except a liar that claims we went back in 1969, but cannot go now.

pay phones are gone

Where have all the pay phones gone? That is the question and we are not sure that we have an answer. Basically, it started as a ruse. Yeah, to force us to get cell phones, but now we wonder if there is more. It is always good to have a pay phone in an emergency. Well, all the pay phones are no more.

People say that it was a business that made no money. That it was important to get customers to have their own cellular telephone, but what about a foreign visitor that may no have a cell phone and needs to report a crime. Friends, we should deman that the pay phone not go away. It has certainly been an asset to us.

Nostalgia is a powerful firce my fine ones. Still, I have many pleasant memories. That are mostly of call my girl friend years ago. Well, a pay phone was always there for me. Wish it were still so. Sadly, our friend the pay phone is going away.

Home sales sag

They call it the summer sag. Home sales are falling now. This is terrible news. People were expecting a turn around, but we are still in an on going recession. Hoping for a break in the clouds and no more rain.

California wants to tax amazon now. I believe it was Jerry Brown that said high tech was the future for america. Well, what can we can on jerry. Will he tax amazon. That is the question and we will soon have an answer.

Did we go to our moon?

Did we ever go to our moon? Buzzard Aldrin has chosen a life most would want to be in. He is famous as the second man to walk on our moon. However, did he go? Perhaps we will find out never. I think he once got drunk and admitted that he never went, but that could be a rumor.

What we do know is that he is having his third divorce now. That should tell you all you need to know about the man.

OK one thing that does sadden me is that the space shuttle is no more. Truly, this is the end of a space era. Hopefully, we will one day build a new one. Well, that day is far away. As the Arkansas giant grows, in the battle against dollar stores, Walmart express could be a winning weapon. Personally, I wonder on the dollar stores, as in how they make any money.
