Stock market will go down again. Best that we get ready for what is coming. Hey, we need to be more aware. Thing are often not as they may seem.

old photographs

People in antique photographs did not smile any. Just look at the faded old tin-types I tell you. OK, so that was because society back then thought that smiling was only for buffoons and clowns - which are creepy. Funny, the people back then look even more eerie. Could be that we should all be glad that we were not born in the Victorian era.

time travel

Here is a brief history of time travel in the TV universe. Do you often harken back to all those old movies. People in them use a strange machine to go back to ancient times that were nicer. Often things were at a slower pace. Just like cool lemonade from dear old mom. Yeah, our past does have that effect on us.

tin cans

Did you ever talk to your friends creating a telephone using two tin cans. Remember that the trick is to use a rusty nail at the end of the string so that the vibration does travel the full length and converts into a noise. Most do not report great sound accuracy. It does sound a bit tinny shall we say.

Future

Future cities will look vastly different than our own. Harsh cubical structures of the 21st century are gone. Actually, they are replaced by buildings that are more rounded and organic. Basically, they look strange to us. Not sure how this will affect us.

Polio resurgence is scary. Expect to see more woe. OK so paralysis is common. Yeah, we should become more aware. Ancient diseases are returning to haunt us.

Halloween came early this year... scary clowns are menacing. These bozos are not average. Police want to arrest em. Well, we do expect some clown in this season. Sadly, most are in DC right now. Yeah, that place is a political circus.

80,000 jobs

80,000 jobs in Scotland going away. Brexit is the reason. This should worry you. People, not having employment does not empower you. Fewer jobs means less pay. Like this is a major issue.

Look at science fiction movies. They have people visiting worlds that are far away. However, the humans still act the same. Well, people nowadays act quite different than in the 50's, like there is not smoking in waiting rooms. Back in the good old 50's you would see a man in a jet plane smoking an expensive cigar. Oh wow, that does seem eerie now.
