There are politicians screaming wages are improving. However, in the real world there is a very sour case. Workers are singing blues now. Factories are being shut down and move over seas. Sad reality is we face growing wage erosion. Perhaps we can find a way. Like to slow down out sourcing. Also, to stop wage erosion. Right now, this is the sign we see. It says - NO HELP WANTED, now or ever.
