exercise
People need more exercise. Flabby is our new image. However, exercise can indeed help us. Also, eating meal with less sugar. Fiber need to be more. Vegetable should be a big factor in our calorie intake now. Also, we need to put more hours in the gym. Results will not be over night, but they will come. Stronger we will be and our health will increase.
