HyperDimensional Resonator or an HDR works best on a full moon. Steven Gibbs says so. I wonder why this is. Perhaps a tidal force is creating the effect and increasing power. Certainly it is an interesting and exciting new area. Maybe we will learn more this year. At the end of this month there is a full moon.
