Frankly, water is blue gold and most precious. What we need to do is conserve more. Sadly, that is not what is occurring. California has a dwindling water supply and a major crisis. Expect this problem to grow. There is less rain every year. Most do not understand this process. OK so water levels go down and population goes up. Yeah, things are getting max worse.
